At Copper Mugs for Moscow Mules, we want you to be completely satisfied with your artisanal barware. If your copper mugs don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Securely

  Place the unused copper mugs back in their original packaging, ensuring they are well-padded to prevent dents or scratches during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the mugs, we will process your full refund or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
